Hey @stefanhgm - thanks for contributing this - sorry I haven't had time to take a look yet. Could you copy it and make the PR over at mimic-code? We consolidated the repos and I don't have an easy way of moving over your PR. I do hope to work through it and get it merged sooner rather than later! |

Hi Alistair,
I've created a routine to build concepts for PostgreSQL based on the existing mimic-iii code. Not sure if the code quality is sufficient for you, but nevertheless I thought it might be useful for others.
Let me know if there is something I should improve.
