Purpose

The Crispr Search Tool for Bacteria (CSTB) is a bioinformatic web service to search the CRISPR motifs contained in selected bacterial genomes. This git repository is for the Vue application of CSTB, the client side.

Project setup

npm install

Compiles and hot-reloads for development

npm run serve

Compiles and minifies for production

npm run build

Lints and fixes files

npm run lint
