EMERGE control library

Control, data generation and learning for an EMERGE robot adaptation

This library includes 2 other libraries needed: zmqRemoteApi (from COppeliaSim) and DynamixelSDK (also forked)

The files are coded to be used with Dynamixel AX-12A actuators and CoppeliaSim.
