Motivation

Surface a personal note about pay and health risk in the scheduled weekly status email so the recipients see the context in the project update.

Description

Updated .github/workflows/weekly-email.yml to append a Note: section to the EMAIL_BODY environment value containing the pay and health statement; the workflow schedule remains weekly (cron: '0 9 * * MON').

Testing

No automated tests were run because this change only updates workflow/email content.
