Fix bug that doesn't open media library after login

New Cloudinary option to remove the Cloudinary header from media library remove_header throws a JS error preventing the login screen from changing to the media library screen.

Remove Cloudinary Username Requirement

• No longer needs to pass username so allows better logging in to Cloudinary
• Updated build dependences
• Re-organise files for better compatibility
