Describe the bug
In a conda environment with python 3.10 on windows there is a compilation error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a standard conda environment with python 3.10
Use pip install alphapept
Get compile error

Expected behavior
Compilation to finish

Version (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 11
Version 0.4.9
Installation Type pip
