include github repos vim-pep8 and pyflakes-vim repos

hi,
i've included two more repositories:
git://github.com/nvie/vim-pep8.git
git://github.com/kevinw/pyflakes-vim.git

they have some more changes than the plugins released on vim.org

it would be nice to have them in the official vim-addon-manager-known-repositories

i'm not sure, if that's a good idea... some users might not want to
refer to the github plugins but to the scripts available on vim.org.
with my change users can refer to vim.org by activating "pep83160" and
to github by "vim-pep8".

if they don't want them then will anyway can set "scm_merge_strategy" option to keep or never
