Requirements
for complete testing, you need EXTRUDER, SPINDLE_FEATURE and LASER_FEATURE. Also, merging of PR #26956 is recommend for testing

HOTENDS setting can be overwritten in custom configs,
For testing, set HOTEND_OFFSET_Z, TOOLS, EXTRUDERS, and HOTENDS explicitly
