Update unbound_manager.sh

Fix: - 'local DNS cache' feature is/will be deprecated - Thanks SNB Forums member @visortgw ASUS GT-BE98 Pro
Fix: When uninstalling, check if files such as 'services-start', 'init-start' etc. exist BEFORE attempting to remove unbound references from them
Change: The install pre-reqs e.g. Local NTP etc. are now displayed as 'Warnings' rather than 'ERRORS'

Fix: Allow duplicate 'local-data:' and 'local-zone:' directives in 'unbound.conf'. Thanks @sfatula
Fix: Cosmetic formatting of initial splash box if a Beta version number is displayed e.g. 'vn.nnb[n]' vs. 'vn.nn'.
Fix: Allow 'unbound.conf' to be backed up using 'vb' in Easy menu mode.
Fix: When using 'dnsmasq disable': don't attempt to migrate '/etc/hosts.dnsmasq' if it doesn't exist.

2. Ensure v386.xx Firmware AiMesh Guest VLAN subnets can use unbound for DNS and dnsmasq for DHCP. Thanks @Juched
