Hi @ruy2311, thanks for doing this! I'll add a couple of commits on top of this that tidy it into the format we expect.

I believe you should add your provider description to src/links/v1/providers.json and list your index in new directory src/index-metadbs/mpod/v1/. You may take a look at cod provider for reference.

I've made these changes but unfortunately cannot push to @ruy2311's branch, so I will open a new PR.
