Adaptation for mobile devices and home page design

Next features have been done:
• Fixed some troubles with the left drawer
• The search button has been moved to the app bar, and the exit button to the profile

1. Home page design and adaptation
   • Design of blocks for web navigation
   • Text box design
   • Background design
2. Forum page adaptation
   • Adapting the pages of the post, post creation and tag, and the main page of the forum
   • Changing the position of the button to create a post and tag on mobile devices
   • Adding a back button for the post creation and tagging pages
3. Search page adaptation
   • Adding a filter button and filter page for mobile devices
   • Adapting the main search page and the filter page
   • Cosmetic improvements to filter blocks
