Installation

Clone the repository, copy the .config and .emacs.d directories, and other files as needed!

Desktop Environment

I typically use Cinnamon as my DE, with optional bspwm for my laptop.

I'm using Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS w/ Mutter WM and the Wayland compositor.

Bash + tmux

The essential files .bash_profile and .tmux.conf only rely on bash and tmux. I'm not using tmux much these days.

Emacs 29.4+

Emacs is assumed to be version 29.4+. Melpa configuration is provided in init.el and .emacs.d/config_lisp_files/common-config.el. Melpa dependencies are listed in .emacs.d/package-activated-list.txt.

Backup

I use borg to backup things. Current backup schema involves a source_files repository of source tarballs etc., tarballs old system/workspace snapshots, misc for system configurations and other snapshots.

I use fonts.
