Add go.mod. Use debian:bookwork-slim as the base image. Use client 1.24. Previous clients are obsolete. Update imports to use current package names. Bump version to 0.5-1.
Use newer version of netlink, netns and rdmamap packages. Pull containerId from args array.

Correct the "stats" command's report of "invalid docker id" by virtue of using newer packages.
