Summary

add Token-2022 transfer-fee awareness to the Rust SDK quote path and expose helper metadata loaders
guard against missing transfer-fee context for Token-2022 pools and surface effective in/out amounts in quotes
cover transfer-fee scenarios with new unit tests and pull in required SPL dependencies
