Corrected all_outputs function
added state classifier for Binary Photon Detector (BPD) and PNRD cases. It takes in an array of states as input and gives the best interferometer matrix to separate them into different outputs.

Corrected the existing all_outputs function, added a position function (pos) to determine the location of photons in modes. Also, added state classifier for Binary Photon Detector (BPD) and PNRD cases. It takes in an array of states as input and gives the best interferometer matrix to separate them into different outputs. Added a parallelised version of the Binary Photon Detector Classifier that runs easily for higher number of photons on multiple cores
