Создан отдельный репозиторий, добавлено правильное оформление, CI с тестами, линтингом и форматированием от ruff, реализация пакета с алгоритмами сортировок (находится в отдельной ветке), написанными на Python, включающего следующее: сортировка пузырьком, сортировка слиянием, сортировка кучей, быстрая сортировка. Добавлен файл инициализации пакета, а также написаны тесты к этим алгоритмам: базовые тесты, тесты крайних случаев, property-based тесты, тесты производительности.
