Mode change support

• Added mode change (Normal, Holiday, Eco, Comfort)
• Added caching with aiocache
• Implemented coordinator for polling to avoid excessive api calls
• general code cleanups
• replaced dictionaries with strong types

But to be frank, I don't have much time lately to review

@MichalKrasowski @jontofront I think I pushed final changes today, tested these on my HA instance and seems its working. However I noticed that suprisingly often integratio logs out and needs to relogin, so reauth needs to be worked on soon.
