ShieldDisruptor 1.3.0 for Minecraft 1.16.5

This release is all about improving the config:

• Support tags (example #minecraft:planks hides all types of planks)
• Better mistake correction:
  • Trim white spaces
  • Ignore case
• If no prefix is added, the default minecraft: is used for item ids
• File name now includes Minecraft version
