dfsg-services: Add tailscale service.

I hope You do not mind this one, I just copied the service from Your personal config, but this way I can use Your tailscale packages and the service when I import the channel.

'dfsg' is short for Debian Free Software Guidelines, so I'd prefer not to add modules at (dfsg services). Since tailscale classifys as contrib anyway I think we can just add it in (dfsg contrib tailscale). Would you like to update the patch?

Hi,

I have updated the patch, but could not really test it as I had to ditch using guix system because of outdated packages and now I only use it on a foreign distro :-(
But it could be useful for others.

I have just tried it on a guix install and works fine.
