Description of changes

  1. Board definition is moved to platformio.ini with PR 343. This must also be done in this repo, otherwise most devices are not inluded.
  2. All other required board definitions are added to the custom.ini file
  3. Flags from the core repo to invert the outputs are added but uncommented.
