Usage:

Make sure you have SNNAP installed and started according to the
instructions at <a
href="http://snnap.uth.tmc.edu/content/downloads.htm">http://snnap.uth.tmc.edu/content/downloads.htm</a>

After you load the simulation and press start you should see figure 2
reproduced:
