Open the model in xpp (in unix/linux type a command like):<br/>
xppaut H_syndep_100.ode
  <p/>
  Click on Initalconds -> Go to create a graph like Fig 4A:<p/>

Open the model file in xpp (in unix/linux type a command like):<br/>
