About The Pull Request
Adds (pacified) IPC construction from Monkestation 1.0 along with printable IPC brains, and a fix that prevents IPCs from bluescreening without a head.
Will come back to this after Cetanoids are done. I'm too lazy to work on more than one thing at a time.
Why It's Good For The Game
Being able to build IPCs would give Roboticists more to do on long shifts, and would be quite nice for ghost roles like The Derelict and Charlie Station to have if all the cryogenic pods are taken or the derelict drones need something only a human/IPC could accomplish.
