@RafRoq wizard grand rituals or summon events can trigger it. there's also a wand that applies it to individual people. |

you could make the same argument for most wizard effects and also causing mayhem is the point of wizard |

im going to say just disable the event in case admins want to bus it for some reason, also remove the projectile from the random pools, but keep the staff itself as it cant be obtained normally in game |
