About The Pull Request

Adds two new sets of weapons to the Captain that they can pick between

LAW AND ORDER
A fancy saber and a buckler, almost identical to their normal counterparts, except the buckler has a bit more integrity

DELIVERANCE
A fancy bardiche that is identical to a bardiche

Thats it. Thats the entire PR.

Tco due to how we use parrying and the saber's high defense values, if you use the saber and the buckler combo, your character will always opt to parry with the sabre, making the buckler useless. I think that's why they had a kite shield.

Basically, you either need to raise the buckler defense to 7 or have master shields for your character to actually use it with his current master skills sabre. They need to be atleast of equal parrying power. (You could also change the sabre to have lower defense and have something else instead, having a 7 defense buckler would be very very strange, and giving them master skill in shield would lead to people just dumping the buckler and getting a tower shield to be unpenetrable.)

Also I find it a bit strange that the steel bardiche weapon lacks steel durability and blade sharpness (It inherits from iron)
And elf captains have a chance to not be able to use the weapon at all due to the 11 strength req and them being able to roll 8 strength + 2.

Good point, I'll probably raise the buckler's parry and change up the glaive's stats to match steel stuff, I'll throw elves a bone and drop its strength requirement to 10 as well.
