About the PR
Adds the Pluto MK. II, removes the Pluto.
In game desc: "A light-weight cargo runner manufactured by DIS. The replacement of the venerable Pluto. Performing better than it's predecessor in every way. Larger cargo bay, faster top speed and sleeker design."
