About the PR
LPB got proper walls now, and weapon upgrades to target ships further out. LPB now spawns further out as well.
Why / Balance
LPB spawned too close, also I fucked up and put in normal plastitanium walls instead of outpost one. there is also two hopefully WL syndicate engineering borgs that will maintain the outpost. they spawn with decent modules/syndicate faction tag so they can do what borgos do.
How to test
spawn in, look for lpb, run as it tries to glass you.
spawn in turret, run as it tries to shoot you.
