About the PR

Changes ftl files to say Monolithic Emission instead of standard Shuttle Call. The announcement voice remains the same.
Fixes Denesvar to actually be included in the PDV company system.

Why / Balance

Monolithic Emission is a much cooler and more sensible way to say the round is ending than an evacuation shuttle.

This does change both comms console calling and shuttle calling commands. I can't tell if this affects the automatic shuttle call because I can't find the variable that changes max round timer. It should be the same thing. If a maintainer would like to tell me that would be awesome.

Denass has been added to the stupid company system hardslop. Now your ships will actually be PDV colored.

How to test

Comms Console -> Call Shuttle
~ command line -> callshuttle command

Now - remove artifact fragments from asteroids(Or make them extra rare), make artifacts extra rare on wrecks, and make anomalies spawn.
With artifacts near them.

Boost the amount of sci from artifacts by 20x.

+Add more passive boosts at tier 3-5 when in inventory.
+Make anomalies much more deadlier and 10x their radius, lol.

Tesla anomaly or singuloose anomaly.
OR other stufff, lol.

What is a "Monolithic Emission"

This doesn't really make sense in the fact that people can call the shuttle and recall it either, so there's no really reason to have it be like this. Despite the coolness of it.

Who knows what a "Monolithic Emission" is. All anyone needs to know is that it's deadly enough to end the round.

Afaik Players aren't generally allowed to be Calling/Recalling the shuttle and it isn't part of the normal gameplay loop, so this announcement should only play during the shift's end. I don't think it needs any other justification to exist because it symbolizes the end of the round in a way that makes a lot more sense than a "evacuation shuttle". Calling the shuttle is pretty much already an OOC thing to do.

Pretty sure we’ve also disabled the ability to call the evac shuttle using comms consoles (if not change that in this PR too)
