- Updated Nightly workflow to run UI tests
- Updated Nightly workflow to run once at night on weeknights if there's been changes
- Updated PR workflow to upload and archive APKs

Are there any limits when using a macos runner? I think those require apple hardware so they are typically more expensive / limited |
