Code for the article Quantifying the impact of COVID-19 on scientific productivity and collaboration

The code in this repository is divided in following sub directories:

• Productivity
• DataCuration

Each folder contain scripts in Python and Jupyter Notebooks used to produce the plots and analysis reported in the article.

To run any of scrips, one needs to adjust the file paths for the input data of each respective analysis. Besides that, all analysis are carried out using wide spread python libraries already included in the Anaconda distribution.

This software was tested on Anaconda version 4.10.1 containing Python version 3.8.8.
