Updated project description to specify the team members and project name.
all necessary pages, routes and connecting db for system admin
all persona routes in blueprints, and pages added. .env modified with password .rest_entry.py modified to register all blueprints .nav_py modified for all sidebar links etc. docker-compose-testing.yaml also added. all ngo related files deleted.
localhose to web-api n debugging some error for certain route functions
