Any thoughts on this PR, @ptrbortolotti ?

@gbarter, I had to add wombat to the dependencies list, like in WISDEM. What that expected, or should WISDEM also include wombat when it's conda installed?

wombat is not on conda. maybe I've missed how to make it part of the wisdem from conda @gbarter ?
