Resolves #846
Replaces the widget for mapping STIGs and Labels to selected Assets. The widget is displayed from a Collection Manage workspace, STIGs => Modify..., STIGs => Assign STIG..., and Collection Properties => Labels => Tag Assets...
The new widget implements a traditional two grid approach with available Assets on the left and selected Assets on the right. Items can be moved from one side to the other by drag and drop or dedicated move buttons.
