Description
The current implementation of map_coords doesn't support the mapping from 0 to 360 degree longitudes to -180 to 180 degree longitudes. This mapping/transformation is sometimes required to crop the forecasts to a subregion. e.g. when we want to select Europe It will be required for an additional feature that we want to include in the HENS workflow to be able to crop the output for certain regions.
Added some unit test as well.
