OK, I've modifed according to your suggestions. Generally I wrote these updates for an NRELian creating data for use in the download APIs. I then tried to massage them to fit into this document. There are some discrepancies between the API integration conventions and a more general description of HDF5s or even NREL data products. Hopefully these modification will soften those enough to fit here. Otherwise I can remove my docs and put them somewhere more specific to just the APIs? |

Updates existing docs with more detailed descriptions of the HDF5 file format to be used for easy integration into SAM, reV, rex, and the data download APIs.
