Food Security Risk Index

Implementations of Linear regression machine learning algorithm by Python 3 for model weighting calculations. There are total 11 dimensions/features involve.

The repository linear_regression.py as source code, and you can get full document from the Jupyter notebook: LinearRegression.ipynb.

We also include a NDVI image analysis program in descarteslabsTest.ipynb for the variation of agricultural fields calculation.

?All data sets include in excdata.zip for ArcGIS system. A model can play in excel file (results-include-weighting.xlsx) if you want.
