The Mobile Update!

Nebula is now better looking on Mobile, and the proxies actually work now (wow, i know right?)
Switched from User Agent to media queries for better compatibility and just because it's overall better.

What's Changed

  • Delete static/bob directory lol by @GreenyDEV in #15 (LOL)
  • Responsive Design Nebula by @wearrqqws in #16
  • get the directories correct and make UV's sw register on load by @wearrqqws in #17 (includes issues brought to light by @CountBleck, thanks Blumiere!)
  • Delete mobile.html because redundant by @GreenyDEV in #18 (should have been included in #16 )
