@juliantap - This PR was never merged, and it's unclear to me why it originated in the production repo rather than internal.

Sorry, I'm not sure how I missed this. The change includes a link to the internal UX writing style guide, but we can't do that since the contributor's guide is externally facing.

Also it looks like a heading got commented out?
