Save and manage prompts for reuse

• Added a 'Saved Prompts' section on the /home page to access 4 most recently used saved prompt, for quick access.
• Created a button to save prompt that appears upon hovering over the previously sent message.
• Added a link to the /saved-prompts page where users can view, edit, and manage their saved prompts list.
• Built a (pop-up) quick menu to select a saved prompt while in chat. Inspired by Discord, users can type / to filter and select the desired prompt from the pop-up efficiently..
  This pull request was created for https://app.gib.work/bounties/6ae12f51-e8ba-4981-bb77-ef7f2a0da940 in an attempt to solve a bounty Allow for the ability to save and manage my prompts for reuse #80 . Payment for the bounty is immediately sent to the contributor after merge.

Pop-up window inspired from Discord

• A quick menu to select a saved prompt while in chat. Inspired by Discord, users can type / to filter and select the desired prompt from the pop-up efficiently.

• Users can filter out prompts based on time event e.g. 'recently used' (or) 'recently edited' (or) 'favorite'
• Create/Save/Edit prompts in one place
• Filter out prompts based on title using search bar
