- 新增 Gemini (Google) 适配器，支持 Anthropic ↔ Gemini 格式双向转换
- 重构 OpenAI 适配器，从单体函数拆分为独立纯函数，增强健壮性
- 新增 Custom Provider 协议自动检测（Anthropic / OpenAI / Gemini）
