A ensemble of .py scripts useful for Pymol users

1. sele_my_motif.py a tool to searhc and make selection of any motif (amino acid sequence) you write.
   Example: PyMOL>find_motif MYFAVERITESEQ

2. 'AFcolors.py' a simple way to use the Alphafold color scheme for pLDDT value (stored as B-factor in the pdb file), adpated from @CBalbin
   Example: PyMOL>AFcolors sele where sele is your selection
