Features

• Update Paratranz project with files to translate
• Create or update files if they exist on Paratranz
• Retry after 2s in case of issue when uploading file
• Template of .bat file to run the update_paratranz.exe file (I advise to create a .bat file by Paratranz project)
• Run in parallel by adding -parallel_nb N to the line starting by update_paratranz.exe to run N parallel API calls. For example -parallel_nb 10

• Manage the replace subdirectory
• Continue to update if there is an issue on a file
• Ask to delete no more existing files on Paratranz

Fix encoding issue when parsing source files.
