Revamped the way you return from menus in CSR Garage.

This release fixes a bug where cars 21-30 used the exact same code to check ownership as cars 1-10, resulting in instances where even after buying one of the last 10 cars you could not drive it until owning the corresponding car from cars 1-10 (ex. Car 28 could only be driven if the user owned car 8). It also brings down the file size by 26 bytes total.
