Migrating self-nomination from #50 (comment) as part of switching to PR-based process: #34

Hi! Committer would be nice, and when I said I didn't have it, several people (including @winterqt) yelled at me to ask for it, so here I am :)

Notable contributions to Nixpkgs:

• Bringing Java back from the dead (Pretend I didn't mass ping, commits were split into other PRs later)
• The Great JDK Exorcism
• Founding member of the NixOS/Java team

Other Nix work:

• nix-minecraft
• Paid packaging work for NGI Nix
• universe, my dotfiles, which is only listed because I'm pretty sure it's in the top 100 of Nix projects by commit count. And I'm biased.

With Committer, I would mainly help with reviewing and merging Java-related PRs when I have the time. As I am currently at university, I cannot say with certainty that I will be the most available merger, but if I am pinged in a Matrix channel I can readily take care of it.

I have always enjoyed my interactions with Infinidoge. When I was in the process of making an ill advised Java PR, she kindly redirected me and I learned a lot. Her ambition in taking on a whole language ecosystem will only be made more powerful with a commit bit. 👍🏻

Since apparently I haven't endorsed you already (I swear I already left you a glowing comment)...

Strongly support Infinidoge for committer. She has very relevant experience (knows about staging and various other project processes), and from my interactions with her on the @NixOS/java team has very good technical taste, with an emphasis on maintainability.

(I'm also willing to mentor her on committer-specific things, if needed.)
