Hello beautiful people!

I'd like to nominate @rorosen for committer access...

... to aid in upkeep of K3s/RKE ecosystem. Since there is a continuous flow of PRs that needs merge, and I've been abusing (too often) asking for merges from non-users committers like @ulrikstrid, and @marcusramberg being unavailable lately.

So, @rorosen is a good candidate, as he is the most active maintainer of K3s and RKE. And is very competent, diligent, hard working. He is german. :-)

I've thought about nominating myself, but I'm afraid my contributions are mainly focused on k3s and rke2, which may not be considered enough for commit access.

That being said, K3s and RKE2 have a fair number of maintainers (without commit bit) who actively review and submit PRs, so it would be helpful to have an active maintainer with commit access who can help out so that @superherointj doesn't always have to ping people.
