Enforcement of Non-Sale Clause: Violation of the Non-Sale Clause will result in the violator being liable to pay Camille Abella (alias GhomKrosmonaute) a substantial sum of money, equivalent to three times the total profits generated from the illegal sale, sublicensing, or distribution of the Software or derivative works.

5. No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
