Second release. Way less buggy.
This is an MS DOS batch file that is meant to help with launching the GZDoom mod, Brutal Doom. By default, it's a little difficult to launch the iwads and pwads without making your own custom command line or finding a frontend, all of which are a bit more complex than they need to be. This one isn't too simple, but I'm working (slowly) on getting it more and more simple and easy, while also being more comprehensive.
It'll try to walk you through the setup process on its own, but here's a copy of the readme:

Download the latest GZDoom from: https://zdoom.org/ and extract it to the "game" folder.

Download the latest Brutal Doom from: https://www.moddb.com/mods/brutal-doom/downloads and extract it to the "game" folder.

Download the latest Doom Metal Soundtrack Mod from: https://www.moddb.com/mods/brutal-doom/downloads and extract it to the "game" folder.

Find the "doom.wad" file in the installation directory for The Ultimate Doom or Doom 3: BFG Edition and copy it to the "game" folder.

Find the "doom2.wad" file in the installation directory for Doom II or Doom 3: BFG Edition and copy it to the "game" folder.

Find the "tnt.wad" and "plutonia.wad" files in the installation directory for Final Doom and copy both of them to the "game" folder.

Find the "nerve.wad" file in the installation directory for Doom 3: BFG Edition and copy it to the "game" folder.

Find the "wads" folder in the installation directory for Master Levels for Doom II (possibly in installdir\master) and combine them using the Master Levels Patch (obtainable through this launcher's Mod Download Menu), and then copy master.wad to the "game" folder.
