We're going to use the `net4people_url` BibTeX key to link to a paper's net4people discussion. BibTeX parsers don't know about this key and should therefore ignore it.
While most discussion URLs will be on net4people, some won't.

It would be useful to have links to a paper's corresponding net4people discussion. This PR makes the parser look for a new BibTeX key,
net4people_url, which contains the net4people link.Thanks to @gfw-report for suggesting this feature!
