• Moves github actions to an asynchronous matrix for easily editing all build platforms
• Moves config out of the build direcory in development environment for persistence
• Fixes crash on macos development environment trying to load languages from ../
• Adds mainwindow as an argument to showDialog, as without it on macos that method is blocking and breaks the "Fix Soft-Bricked Trackers" opption
• Use rand-seed to seed the random tracker mac address with the tracker name (gx dongle) or id (bluetooth)
• Fix generating css each build
