We have decided with the Stakeholder (Pierre Kil) that the sprint times will be iterating over 3 weeks. Within each sprint, we have a weekly stand-up in which we discuss formalities and progress. At the end of every sprint we have a sprint delivery where we present the progress and
The preferred method of communication with OpenRemote is Skype, as this is their main way of discussing/meeting. When new questions come up, we ask the questions in the skype chat to which we got added.
